These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Office24by7 website and platform. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Using the service

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the data you store and the users you invite to your workspace.
• You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt it, or use it to send unlawful communications.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Fees are refundable only as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account.

Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and publish service status on our status page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Data ownership

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
