Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds work for Office24by7 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Office24by7", "we", "us") subscriptions and services.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, per the edition and add-ons you select at checkout or in your order form.
• Usage-based charges (for example communication credits — voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email) are billed as consumed and are non-refundable once used.
• Applicable taxes (including GST for Indian customers) are added at the prevailing rate.

Renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We send a renewal reminder in advance. You can turn off auto-renewal from your account or by contacting your account manager.

Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid term.
• On cancellation you can export your data using the platform's built-in export tools before access ends.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are generally non-refundable for the current month once the cycle has started.
• Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused, unstarted portion at our discretion, less any usage-based charges and non-recoverable third-party costs.
• Setup, onboarding, implementation and professional-services fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.

Exceptions

Terms in a signed order form or master service agreement take precedence over this page where they differ. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
