Everything partners ask before they apply — which model fits you, who owns the customer, how you earn, how your data is handled, and how to get started. Public pages carry no rate or commission figures; your exact numbers appear in the partner portal once you’re approved.
Start with the question that sounds most like you.
Sell our platform under our brand and own the customer. That’s the Reseller programme.
Put your own brand on the product and set your own price. That’s White Label.
Build our platform into your own product at a wholesale rate. That’s OEM.
Pass us qualified leads and earn when they close. That’s the Referral programme.
Deploy, configure and support the platform for customers. That’s Implementation.
Integrate your product with ours and co-sell on shared customers. That’s Integration.
A broader, negotiated alliance with joint strategy and governance. That’s Strategic.
There is no joining fee to apply. At onboarding we agree a first-year plan with you, and your terms grow with the business you bring. Some programmes have commitments that we discuss during qualification.
Yes. Many partners start as a Referral or Reseller partner and move to another model as they grow — for example, from Referral to Reseller, or from Reseller to White Label. We’ll help you pick the right starting point and change it later as your business develops.
For programmes where you sell or deliver, your team completes a short certification covering the platform, discovery and demos. It keeps pitches accurate and protects your customers’ experience.
Apply through the partner application. We review fit — your customer base, your team and any conflicting platform — and come back to you within a few business days.
It depends on the programme. Depending on the model, you can earn on the licence, on services you deliver, on communication usage, on renewals, or on referred business. There’s a plain-English breakdown for every programme.
Public pages carry no margin, commission or price numbers. Your exact rates depend on what you sell and your volume, so they’re agreed when you’re approved and shown in the partner portal — with a commission calculator and a live earnings statement.
Where your margin is built into the price you charge, you keep it at the point of sale. Usage and renewal margins and referral fees are settled on a regular cycle, with a statement in your partner portal.
In most programmes, yes — you earn again on renewals, on usage, and when the customer adds more of the platform, for as long as they stay.
In the Reseller and Referral programmes you own the customer relationship. In White Label and OEM, the end customer is yours under your brand. Registered deals are protected from other partners and from our direct team — see deal registration.
Register each opportunity before you quote. Once accepted, it’s protected for a defined period set out in your partner agreement, and you own the customer after the sale. How registration works →
Under the DPDP Act 2023, your customer is the Data Fiduciary and Office24by7 is the Data Processor, with a DPA signed with the customer. Your exact role depends on your programme, and all customer data is stored in India. See data roles by programme →
